THE PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

HG Group is seeking experienced Emergency Nurse Practitioners (ENPs) to deliver high-quality autonomous care in A&E, Urgent Treatment Centres, and Walk-in Centres across London. As an ENP, you will independently assess, diagnose, and treat patients presenting with minor injuries and illnesses. You will play a key role in reducing patient waiting times, ensuring clinical safety, and enhancing patient experience.

The role offers the flexibility of agency working while placing you in high-demand environments where your skills make a real difference.

ESSENTIALS

Qualifications & Requirements:

Valid registration with the NMC as a Registered Nurse or with the HCPC as a Paramedic. 

Completed ENP/ANP minor injuries and illness training at Level 6 or 7.

Minimum of 12 months of ENP experience in urgent or emergency care settings.

Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with patients of all ages presenting with minor injuries.

Competence in the assessment, treatment, and discharge of patients without medical support.

Able to suture, interpret X-rays, and manage wounds, burns, sprains, and simple fractures.

Proficient in using electronic clinical systems and documentation.

Enhanced DBS (on the update service) or willingness to undergo a new DBS check.

Completion of relevant mandatory training (BLS, Safeguarding, Manual Handling, etc).

Flexible to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends, and bank holidays.

Right to work in the UK.
